Rotterdam Dance Parade Foundation
Good Times Festival, festival website for soul and funk in Rotterdam
A festival website with a strong visual identity, a manageable line-up and news section, and integrated ticket sales through Weeztix.
The challenge
Good Times Festival is a new music festival in Kralingse Bos, Rotterdam, organised by JMR Event Makers and Earthwater. For its debut edition, the festival needed a website that immediately establishes credibility: from line-up and ticket sales to practical information and news updates. The visual identity was designed by graphic artist Toshy from Breda. It had to be translated directly into a site that could go live quickly, is easy for the organisation to manage, and grows as the festival develops. The site structure is based on the Boothstock website that Parego previously developed with Chantal Faerber. That proven foundation was reused with a completely new design.
Our approach
Took the existing Boothstock site structure as a starting point and adapted it to the needs of Good Times Festival.
Translated Toshy's design into a fully functional frontend with video integration, animated elements, and a scrolling sponsor bar.
Set up a CMS that allows the organisation to manage the line-up, news posts, and FAQ section independently.
Integrated ticket sales through a Weeztix embed on a dedicated ticket page.
Optimised the site for speed and discoverability, with clean metadata, optimised images, and a predictable URL structure.
Technical details
The result
A festival website that looks established from day one. The organisation can independently add artists, publish news, and update frequently asked questions. Visitors find the line-up, practical information, and tickets within a few clicks. The site contributes to the credibility of a new festival in a competitive segment.
