The challenge
Rubicon is an IT consultancy focused on smart, scalable solutions for enterprise organizations. The challenge was to translate that depth and technical credibility into a website that still feels human and approachable. The design needed to communicate calm, clarity, and trust, with room for typography, whitespace, and sharp content. On the technical side, we had to ensure fast load times, maintainability, and a foundation that can scale as content and requirements grow.
Our approach
Translated Oscar Keuter's (100mm) design into a consistent set of reusable components, emphasising the balance between technical authority and a human tone.
Worked out content hierarchy and page structure so services and expertise are quickly scannable, without the breadth of offerings becoming overwhelming.
Took performance as the starting point, with a tight front-end build and optimised assets.
